Lucy, the smallest beagle I've ever met, attended First Monday Trade Days in Canton last month in absolute style in a pink dog stroller to match her collar. You see almost as many dogs in strollers and baby packs as you do children at this monthly event.

What a cute little thing. But I never understood the baby strollers for dogs. Isn't the point of a walk to exercise them? I haven't figure that out yet.
