 From the blog archives:  I've not been out and about lately and my supply of photos is running short.  I found this one from a few years back.  This fellow was actually a vendor at a regional flea market here in Texas.  His wife happened to be on hand to monitor their booth.  Otherwise, he might have lost an important sale.  Give me your best caption for this photo and come back next week to see all the fun captions.

The Saturday Routine

Saturday mornings generally find me at the farmers' market no later than about 7:15, and today was no exception. I believe this may just be my best "People Picture." Hmmmm, as I think about it, it may just be my only "People Picture." I'll work on that. I can't imagine what these two gals were discussing, but one thing is obvious: They got melons!

Just as I pulled out of the market the big drops started falling. I eventually had to turn on my wipers but a mile down the road it was dry so I buzzed into Home Depot for a jiff. It was cool enough that I didn't worry about my tomatoes becoming tomato sauce in the car. Just as I was ready to leave, the sky opened up and the rains finally came. After waiting several minutes, one of the clerks gave me a plastic bag for my camera and one for my head so I made a run for it. Again, a mile away the roads were dry and when I pulled into my neighborhood there was no sign there hade been any rain. Within 30 minutes, however, the deluge came and we had a good hour-long soaking. It's about time!
