Dandelions

The dandelions this year have outdone themselves in numbers.  From a distance they look like pretty puffy flowers.

A strong wind would take care of those "pretty fluffy" white things! Would not particularly help the adjoining property.

You could make a lot of wishes with these. Do kids still do that?

I understand that dandelion greens can be eaten but I have never tried them.
The Mae West statue used to be at the theater in Jerome but now she stands by the door to the Flatiron building.

From a distance, they always look beautiful!! We might love them if we did not know they were weeds!!

One big gust of wind and there will be plenty of new dandelions.
