The gentleman who leases our pasturage has Black Angus cows and a Charolais (white) bull. Usually the breeding produces gray or white calves. But this little fellow showed up a few weeks ago, with a definite Hereford lineage. So did Big Daddy's genes produce a throwback or did the neighbor's bull come a callin' through an unknown hole in the fence? Whatever, he sure is a little cutie pie!
