I think "Buttercup" is a perfect name for this little beauty.
About the car on my site to day, the "Tour for Life" always parks classic cars in front of each house that is on the tour. It helps people to locate the correct house. This one was a real beauty.
I am a retired court reporter now working part time as a proofreader. In December 2010 I returned to my roots in Deep East Texas to care for my aging mother after having lived in Arizona for over 30 years. I live on a farm in Nacogdoches County near the Louisiana border. This blog is a repository for pictures of subjects that I find interesting in my travels up and down the country roads throughout the Piney Woods. I love to take pictures of farm animals and equipment, old houses, barns and sheds and anything that has vines or rust on it.

She's a beauty!
What a beauty.
Buttercup has such a sweet face. Do you think if I call her name she'll follow me home?
Great portrait! What a pretty color too.

Oh, she is beautiful!
Pretty dog (pretty name, too). Now I know what a red heeler looks like. Thanks for including that!
