Overnight some critter/insect cut perfect little circles on nearly all the leaves of my new flowering pear tree. The yard guy told me it was obviously leafcutter bees, so I e-mailed the Garden Guy at Channel 3 to find out what to do. He replied in about 30 minutes (wow, that Garden Guy is fast!) and his response: Their damage is short-lived and they are beneficial insects. No control necessary. Whew!
